Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship to addresses within the United States only.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free on orders of $75 or more (based on your subtotal after discounts, before taxes). Orders under $75 ship for a $6.99 flat rate.

How fast will my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing the next business day. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our U.S. warehouse.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on the carrier and your location. Your tracking link shows the latest estimate.

Returns, cancellations and order issues

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 30 days after your item is delivered. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Contact us before sending anything back; items returned without an approved request can't be accepted. We provide a return label, and a $5.99 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund. Can I return dog treats or chews?

For the health and safety of all pets, we can't accept returns on opened treats, chews or other edible products; opened or used supplements, dental, grooming or health care products; or toys and supplies that have been used or chewed.

What if my order arrives damaged, missing an item or wrong?

Email info@americanpetsupplies.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, until it ships. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.

Choosing chews and treats

What size bully stick should I get?

Pick by your dog's size and chewing style. Thin and standard 6" bully sticks suit smaller dogs and lighter chewers. Thick 6" and 12" jumbo bully sticks are better for larger dogs and power chewers who finish thinner chews quickly. For variety, our Chew Lover's Box combines bully sticks, collagen sticks, beef trachea and duck feet.

What's the difference between bully sticks and collagen sticks?

Both are single-ingredient beef chews. Our bully sticks are made from 100% grass-fed bull pizzle. Our braided collagen sticks are made from 100% beef dermis and come in 6" and 12" lengths; the braided texture softens as dogs chew.

Any tips for giving natural chews safely?

Always supervise your dog while chewing, take away small end pieces that could be swallowed whole, and keep fresh water available. If your dog has health or dietary concerns, ask your veterinarian which chews are right for them.
