Where we ship We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Processing time Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Shipping rates
- Orders of $75 or more: FREE standard shipping
- Orders under $75: $5.99 flat-rate standard shipping
The free-shipping threshold is based on your order subtotal after discounts, before taxes.
Delivery time Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the carrier and your location. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Damaged, missing or incorrect items Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us at info@americanpetsupplies.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
